Mark Durno, On-Scene Coordinator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will walk us through the critical actions taken during the first hours and days following the derailment and how these decisions shaped both long-term recovery and communication efforts.  And we will offer an overview of the progress of on-going cleanup over the past 22 months since the incident occurred.
