Audit Committee
Each year during the first quarter, the Audit committee reviews the financial records of the association. The records are also audited at the earliest possible date following election or appointment of a new Treasurer, and subsequent to any occasion when the Treasurer’s position has been vacated.
The Audit committee reports its findings and recommendations to the board for consideration and action as may be appropriate.
